and large covered furnished exterior spaces.
Master bedroom suite includes adjoining dressingroom/vanity, bathroom, private balcony and A/C option*.
Bright and airy and charming! A light, open feeling like a house.
L-shaped design maximizes the pleasure of island breezes, light and views.

There are numerous builtin closets, drawers, shelving, mirrored closet doors throughout the apartment. Most rooms have soft overhead or wall lighting builtin. The apartment has a gas range, large refrigerato/freezer, ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom suite has an air conditioning option (inquire before leasing if interested*). There is a washer/dryer amenity with EnergyStar rating on premises for shared use with first floor apartment.

Rent/utilites includes services: landscape yard maintenance, routine pest control, security lights for your convenience. See below about beach/pool club membership.
Electric, propane gas and water utilities are paid by tenant. All utilities are already on for your convenience, so no activation applications or delays, no WAPA deposits or connection fees.
Cable and internet service is available, if you wish to subscribe.

Views and Neighborhood: Beautiful sea views and spectacular sunsets. The home is part of a hillside residential neighborhood south of the historic town of Frederiksted. From the property views include seasonally all the way from Sandy Point beach and the Great Salt Pond (the southwest peninsula), the Frederiksted cruise ship pier and harbor, to hills north or east of Frederiksted. Walk or short drive to many favorite swimming/ snorkeling/ scuba diving venue and other water sports, as well as the Beachside Cafe and local family-run resorts (only 3 minute walk), near Sandy Point wildlife sanctuary to the south where protected turtle nesting grounds are celebrated seasonally. Beach club membership neaby at Sandcastle on the Beach with pools, towel service, shaded lounge, concierge desk, WIFI, outside shower and changing area, fitness room, sometimes ocean kayak and/or other water sport equipment, and other amenities, occasional live music. Reasonably priced and available if you wish to join. Active neighborhood group is good way to meet neighbors, if you join their email list.

Landscaped Grounds: Almost half-acre lot in natural setting on hillside (three sides surrounded by natural vegetation or meadow), with spectacular sunset views over the Caribbean sea from the balconies. The front yard is graced by tropical species of trees, including the well-known flamboyant tree with magnificent red flowers. Mature plantings include various varieties of palm trees, bougainvillea, aloe, ginger thomas, lime, neem, marginata, frangiapani, tamarind trees and shrubs, exotic bamboo, African tulip tree and other tropical plants. Motion-detector exterior security lights. On-premises, off street private parking conveniently beside duplex house.
